 If she is in a dream like state with no chance of her magick getting back to the  real world, then she can do what ever she wants to get it out of her system, but what she comes back to the real world, she will have no boyfriend, no chance of real love and romance, no real friends to hang out with and gossip like normal teenagers, can't drive a car and hang out at the mall.
 The best she can do is keep her magick a secret and help other people on a case by case basis.
