Flying, telekinesis, elasticity, teleportation, mind control, super-strength: little Mary Miller loved comic books ever since she could read, but more importantly; she loved the superpowers her heroes possessed. Believing that powers like theirs might be real, she awoke each morning to test and see if she was telekinetic, telepathic, and even was forced into therapy by her parents after she tried to see if she could fly. When it became clear that science was the answer, the young teenager devoted every waking moment to studying the human body, the brain, and evolution, studies that led her to a doctrine, a internship with world-renounced biologist (and sex-crazed nymphomaniac) Dr. Julia Reynolds, and more drugs, tools, and resources at her disposal that she can handle. Unable to control her desires, the young intern begins conducting secret experiments late at night, illegal experiments that lead her to the creation of her dreams: a drug that will give her superpowers.

Having injected herself with a drug of her own design, the young intern begins to develop the superpowers she once dreamed she has. She becomes stronger, smarter, and more powerful with each passing day, developing not only superhuman strength, but telepathic and telekinetic abilities that she hides from her employers. Yet it is those same employers that discredit her work, discount any research she has done, and turn her in to the authorities for her illegal experients. But how can a girl who is already as powerful as Mary go to jail? If she could create a drug that gave her telepathic and telekinetic abilities, what other superpower she could give herself? Disregarding the law, Mary escapes, hellbent on making more of her 'superpower-drug' and developing more superpowers.

And so equipped with her new abilities, Mary becames a superpowered fugitive, running from the law while trying to continue her experiments. She will need to steal her research back, find the ingredients to make more of her drug, and she will need the help Dr. Reynolds to do so. But will Dr. Reynolds help her? After Mary gains the ability to fly, transform into water, metals, vapors, or electricity, possess non-living things like computers, cars, or entire buildings, and eventually take control of anyone in the world at any time, how can Mary care about science, the law, or ethics anymore? What will become of her classmates who laughed at her in high school, her parents who sent her to therapy, and the government that tried to lock her up? What will become of our world when twenty year-old Mary Miller doesn't just get one superpower, but all of them? Will she finally become the superhero she always wished she was, an unstoppable supervillain with plans of world domination, or something even greater?
